#mondaymotivation LOW CARB, HIGH PROTEIN OKRA SOUP (NO OIL) (if you know, you know)😋😋😋👅
It is a good source of minerals, vitamins, and fiber.

INGREDIENTS:
periwinkle (optional)
baby octopus 
king prawns
tiger prawns
snails
crab 
crab legs 
smoked dried fish 
steamed kale (1 handful)(optional) 
okro 
scotch bonnet 
cuttle fish 
monk fish •
PREP:
1️⃣ BOIL YOUR SNAIL with onions and salt to taste 
2️⃣ boil the cuttle fish and ocotopus together with onions and season to taste
3️⃣debone SMOKED DRIED FISH
4️⃣Monk fish should be washed and seasoned to taste 
5️⃣ wash and clean the crab, boil and 
6️⃣Wash the okro, cut the head and the bottom of the the okro and then cut in half or quarters for easier chopping

HOW TO MAKE: 
1️⃣ Place a pot on medium heat. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and 1 cup of vegetable stock (based on quantity of okro). Simmer for 3-5 mins
2️⃣pour in the chopped okro, kale and scotch bonnet. simmer 3 minutes 
3️⃣then pour in all fresh seafood ingredients except the prawns. DO NOT COVER
4️⃣Stir all ingredients together. (add prawns last 5 mins of cooking time). Taste and adjust for seasoning. Cook for 3 mins, remove from heat.
